Christmas Party Band

Mixed Feelings had a fantastic ‘Christmas Party’ performing at The Metropolitan, Bushey, for our last gig before Christmas.

The Metropolitan (originally known as Bushey Police, Sports & Social Club) holds amazing memories of previous bookings.

Mixed Feelings has been performing there for over 40 years, and it still like being home from home.

Built in 1967, The Metropolitan has held many parties and dinner dances which has featured Mixed Feelings.

Summer balls, Winter balls, Christmas parties and New Year’s Eve parties are just a few of the events that have taken place.

A BIG thank you to David Rees and Timothy John Cakebread of Just Smile, who made the band feel very welcome and also provided the lighting for the evening.

The Band were down to a Plan-B team as several members could not make it due to The Omicron Outbreak.

Mixed Feelings can boast some fabulous replacements on stage.

A BIG thank you to Tom Walker on Guitar, stepping in, for our beloved Dave Price (MD)

A Massive shout out to Bradley Wool (aka The Whacker) for hitting the drums, after falling asleep in a sun bed.

A big thank you to Daniel Mountain for replacing our energetic entertainer, Jonathan Bremner, and a big shout out to Lynn Clare Birbeck, who could not make it due to Omicron.

The last 20 months have been difficult, but we hope to see you in the new year.

Happy Christmas, and………………..

Prepare To Party!
