Over a year in the making it took to organise this fantastic wedding day celebration. From the music requests, to the rooms ambient lighting, all details, requests and demands were covered. Mixed Feelings can quite happily boast the amount of equipment owned, and there is not a lot the band can’t achieve. Unlike many other bands, Mixed Feelings don’t rely on a third party production company to supply equipment for an event, the band simply invest which happily means that there are no hidden extras in booking fees.
Our recent event took the band to Stock Brook Manor Golf Club. The Bride & Groom requested some ambient lighting to make the function room more of a party atmosphere. Several Uplighters were used and a ceiling wash was provided, making the room look absolutely stunning. The music requests were covered and the singers really worked hard learning new material to satisfy the Bride & Grooms musical tastes.
It was also a pleasure to catch up with some old friendly faces. The toastmaster, ‘Robert’ is very good friend of the band, and also the photographer, and videographer. Working with such reliable and professional people really takes the strain out of organising such an important event. It doesn’t seem like a days work, but more of a pleasure.
