This is the first time MIXED FEELINGS has been asked to perform for this unique and prestigious event.
Booked and confirmed by head rat, ‘Ian Richards’, the band gave the audience a fantastic evening.
‘Joe Longthorne’ was the after dinner entertainment, and for a man who has suffered a lot of illnesses in the past, he seriously did do a grand job, of getting the crowd going.
The crew arrived nice and early to go through the technical requirements and what was needed to do a gear share between the acts.
All performed at The Grosvenor House, London, a very laid back and a top class event it was.
As you can imagine, with so much going on with entertainment, announcements, toasts and prize draws, the event did run a little late.
MIXED FEELINGS do have an amazing reputation of providing the right music for the right occasions. MIXED FEELINGS – Mixed Music!
A well-suited and relevant musical set got the band off live and kicking.
A combination of our Motown and Soul music saw the band to the end of the evening with a rather happy dance floor and a satisfied audience.
The band must be doing something right, as this was the first time ever to perform for The Water Rats, and it wont be the last either.
An immediate booking was made there and then for next year.
