London Live Band

Mixed Feelings have been on the scene for a fare few years now, and have played at pretty much every venue in London.
Live bands are in constant demand to entertain and perform at big corporate events and private parties, and Mixed Feelings are one of the most experienced bands on the circuit.
Mixed Feelings were delighted to be booked for a new charity event, being held at the famous, The Savoy, London.
The Savoy Hotel has been entertaining guests for over 130 years now, and Mixed Feelings have lost count the amount of times the band has performed on stage.

The event was in aid of the Chandran Foundation.
Even though the Chandran Foundation was formed in 1997, this was the first fundraising event with a live band – and it was a complete success.
The charity was set up in 1997, founded by Captain Kandiah Chandran – then chief executive of Presentation Housing Association, which at the time was the UK’s largest black-led association.
The core focus throughout this period has been to tackle the educational and
employment challenges faced by young people from inner-city communities
across London.
The charity is constantly evolving – delivering a range of projects. In primary schools, there are purpose run breakfast and homework clubs and for the older pupils, a mentoring support scheme. In addition to this, there are consistently run homework clubs for the children of housing association tenants.

A very good charity, and all for a good cause.
Mixed Feelings were booked for the next event almost immediately after finishing a fantastic live performance.
