Mixed Feelings had a great time performing at Orset Hall in Essex for a lovely young couple, Sarah & Matt.
The groom, Matt, is a member of Mill Hill Golf Club, and has been a very good long term friend of our lead singer, Lee Reboul.
Mixed Feelings have thrown a few parties at the golf club, all thanks to Lee and his connections. (Lee lives on the golf course and can often be found in the club house when not working)
Sarah & Matt had a perfect white wedding, and Mixed Feelings stormed the place leaving no room on the dance floor at all!
Orset Hall is a lovely wedding venue and a very prestigious building.
Set within 12 acres of landscaped gardens roughly 25 miles outside of Central London, Orsett Hall was built in the early 17th century, and enlarged by then-owner Richard Baker around 1750. The estate was passed on to various members of the extended family until the late 19th century, when it was inherited by Thomas Whitmore as a debt of honour. Whitmore’s son, Francis, rebuilt Orsett Hall in the early 20th century, transforming it into a grand country estate; it played host to many members of the Royal Family during the course of the 50 years in which it served as the Whitmore family home.
A very beautiful place and perfect for any wedding celebration party.
Mixed Feelings hope to return rather soon.
A BIG thank you to Sarah & Matt, and Mixed Feelings wishes you all the best for the future.
