Today’s wedding took the band all the way down to Essex, to The Downhall Hotel.
Mixed feelings are very very experienced in the Wedding Industry, and what a perfect example of a smooth running event it was.
A pleasant surprise to find out it was a half and half wedding, and it was a lot of fun.
The band insisted on getting to the venue nice and early, to have a good set up, sound check, and a little rehearsal of some new songs.
Being a busy band, and also having quality musicians scattered all over the south of England, it is very difficult to get together for a rehearsal.
That’s why getting to a venue early is a great opportunity.
The evening started off with the opening dance for the Bride & Groom, which was, Etta James – ‘At Last’ and then straight in to the party music.
A fantastic night, and a very happy couple.
Not forgetting the traditional Jewish music and of course, The Proclaimers!
