It all really depends on whether you want a band that will deliver a real party or whether you want to sit around and chat and perhaps, listen to background music. In 2010 over 180 Corporate, Wedding & Top Charity Clients wanted a real party and chose Mixed Feelings to dance the night away…

You are a band that plays to and for the guests without being a, “show off, look at us band” that so many are today.
Your lighting, rig and equipment was perfect and you did everything and played everything that we asked for brilliantly….even the drum solo went down a storm!
The atmosphere created on the opening of the ballroom doors was breathtaking and magical, with the smoke haze, rolling lights and music from ‘Dark side of the Moon’ that you created.
The dance floor was packed all night long which says it all and people are still talking about the wedding nearly 3 weeks on!

Mixed Feelings is an 8 -12 piece party showband (you choose the size) personally managed by experienced bandleader, Jon Nicholls.

Mixed Feelings, provides you with incredible energy, dance routines and singers with personality that involve the audience. Real ‘live’ music , featuring top musicians, without resorting to backing tracks as many other bands do.
Mixed Feelings constantly change their show to bring you spectacular, colourful costumed tributes to; Earth, Wind & Fire, Take That, Kool & The Gang, Mama Mia!, Jersey Boys, the Jackson Five, Blues Brothers, Tamla Motown, ‘We will Rock you,’ The Beatles, plus and latest chart hits from Kings of Leon, The Killers, Lady Gaga and loads more!! All our songs – especially the romantic wedding opening dances – have been chosen by you, our clients. We know what you want. We always include our ‘resident DJ’ with our show too. Mixed Feelings is totally self-contained, with professional crew, transport, top quality PA system, stunning stage lighting and the latest technology in LED effect & room lighting. We also bring the latest ‘chameleon’ LED stage backdrop, so you can choose your colour for your event. There are no hidden extras.
